Mustang Sally Brewing Co. is a great addition to the Community Network and look for a future Blog post from them. I visited recently and they have a great venue to meet a friend or large group and the beer is GREAT!
We had a very successful Spring Clean II in 2016 helping 50 families reduce and recycle and raise $200 for Sunshine for Sharon. Thanks to our Sponsors Forever Green Recycling, JK Moving, Vienna Aluminum (Windows and Storefronts), and Dennis Bell with BHHS PenFed Realty. Great Job!

Do you have any Senior Relatives who live a home?
Any neighbors who are Senior citizens? Please, when you get a chance, reach out to them and ask them if they have a computer and is it working. Next, do you send and receive email? These days if they need any work done they NEED email to receive an estimate. Someone, who doesn't care would gladly start work with no ground rules of service and a large deposit. Usually, they could also use an extra pair of caring eyes.
On Sunday we were humbled to find how many folks wanted to help those in need. We had to get more boxes to hold all the food and they were all FULL at 2pm. More importantly many of the folks who gave thanked us for being here so they could give! At least 100 community members made donations. This is Monday morning. WFCM said "these were all thing that we needed right now!" Two of our youngest members were helping to shelve the cereal.
Participating members will be adjacent Trader Joes in Centreville, VA from10am to 2pm on 6/28/15 to collect food needed for the Western Fairfax Christian Food Bank http://www.wfcmva.org/current-needs . This time of year there is a great need for Food as children now spend their days at home with the close of the school year.

What a great day helping people clean house. 45-50 cars (driven by neighbors) in 2 hours recycled their electronics and had documents securely shredded and enjoyed hot coffee and muffins. Thank to the community for coming out on a windy day and Brookfield Swim Club for hosting.
